Best Nest Daycare & Learning Center

Best Nest is a small, in-home daycare, operated by a preschool teacher providing Montessori inspired play-based learning and personalized care. Best Nest is located 2 miles from the Scottsburg intersection, quarter mile off of 360. I am dedicated to providing quality care in a safe, stimulating, nurturing environment for little ones.

Best Nest's "home-like" setting offers a wonderful alternative for working parents by providing an atmosphere that enables children to discover and learn comfortably and at their own pace, during the most important stage of their development. I provide a child care experience designed specifically to meet the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Infants & Toddlers aged two weeks to two years old receive consistent, positive attention in a cozy, loving home environment where they will grow and thrive. Infants and toddlers develop secure attachments and trust through individualized care, predictable routines, and sensitive care-giving.

Preschoolers aged two to five years are encouraged to discover new things, develop social/emotional skills, and become more independent in a safe, supportive setting. Preschoolers enjoy lots of time for exploration and hands-on activities, as well as time to learn at their own pace.
