We charge:
$150/ 1 bedroom or studio
$200/ 2-3 bedroom
$250/ 4 bedroom
$300/ 5 bedroom

per job as it includes:

-All equipment (Variety of steam cleaners, Vacuum cleaners, and specialized tools)
-All Cleaning products with your choice of Food Grade/Green or Industrial Grade
-We do laundry of towels and sheets
-Sanitize every cleaning
-We have 7 maids on our rotation and growing

What we can guarantee:

1. This is our bread and butter, so we know what we are doing. No training necessary but we welcome any checklists, must-done, and deep cleaning when not pressured with time. (ie. same day check-ins).

2. Our cleaners are extensively checked on Criminal Justice Data Center or they either posses a background investigation, federal security clearance or bonded.

3. Our cleaners have general liability insurance that protects your equipment, covered up to $2 million dollars.

4. Cleaner on demand. We have a huge pool of cleaners on rotation, all trained and professionals with cleaning experienced. I personally verify their previous employments and reference.

5. Above all, we offer peace of mind and automated service to take the stress away from cleaning your rental homes. I can provide you a reference if needed. Karavan LLC, a vacation house rental properties is our biggest customer.
