Best Family Care Inc. is a non-medical home care company, which provides companions on an hourly and 24 hour live-in bases to seniors and others in Winnebago, Boone, Stephenson and Ogle Counties.

Our agency conducts a confidential, in-home assessment to understand your (or your family's) specific needs and expectations for free. Our companions can provide many services including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation and light house keeping, transportation.

Ourcompanions are well-trained and we screen our companions carefully so you'll be able to trust that you are getting the best possible assistance. Due to the specialized needs of many of our elderly clients, our caregivers receive training in communicating with people with Alzheimer's and related dementia, hearing loss and aphasia. Best Family Care Inc. employs its caregivers directly and takes care of all federal and state taxes, as well as workman's compensation insurance. We also guarantee our clients' complete satisfaction with the caregiver placed and we will make an immediate replacement if necessary. We are state licensed, bonded and insured and we always have a staff member on call 24 hours a day in case there is an emergency.
