I scheduled my first walk with Jolanda. Unfortunately , the app / website was difficult to navigate. So everything was scheduled via text messages and phone calls. Which I was more then satisfied with. First,She was 2.30 hours late to the first walk. Then it wasn't even her who walked my dog . It was her boyfriend inside the apartment, without informing me. I knew this because of my video surveillance camera inside the apartment.
Next day she was scheduled to walk my dog again . But wanted payment prior to the walk. I voiced my concern that I don't feel comfortable paying first without the service. She instantly cancelled the walk. Stating it says it on the website . Like I mentioned previously website is difficult to navigate. I didn't say I wasn't going to pay her first. She didn't pick any of my calls or text messages. She left my dog unwalked . That's not fair to me or my pup. Please be careful when choosing Jolanda as a RELIABLE and professional dog walker. I feel anyone would be annoyed with her level of service.
