We originally used Bernini Cleaning through handy and enjoyed the one time cleaning enough to contact her via her card for a subsequent cleaning directly. This is where we went wrong - with an upcoming vacation she suggested we do a cleaning while away and that she would charge hourly and it would be cheaper than handy (she was here 3 hours the prior time via handy at a set rate). We eventually agreed and she spent seven hours at our house (after having cleaned just a week prior), locked one cat in a bedroom until our cat sitter found them them the following day and left garbage outside (but not in the barrel...?) so wild animals tore it open overnight. I cannot stress enough how disappointing this was / us and urge you to steer clear of this vendor.
