Beloved Advocacy Services Enterprise Also known as BASE is Non- Medical home care Service Provider servicing individual(s) with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as well as Seniors throughout NYC and Long Island. We serve as an advocate for the under-served community and ensure the day-to-day tasks are completed with care and respect.
