Bella Vita assisted living senior care homes are more than just a place to live. Our residents truly become part of our family.
We have 2 convenient locations in the valley. One in Central Phoenix and the other in the Phoenix/Paradise Valley/Scottsdake area. Each home has 10 bedrooms with private bathrooms.
Our homes provide a calm and loving environment that focuses on our residents social, emotional and physical needs.
We do a comprehensive evaluation of each resident and follow a personalized plan for assisted living based upon the their needs.
Our senior care homes provide a high resident to caregiver ratio during the day and our caregivers are awake throughout the night.
All our caregivers are certified and experienced. They safely encourage and support our residents who strive to maintain as much independence as possible.
And where needed, our caregivers also provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's) from dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care, dispensing medication and much more.
Our full-time nurse manager provides oversight on the medication management and medical provider coordination to ensure your loved one is well cared for.
We also specialize in Parkinson care in our Las Palmaritas home for residents who may have Parkinson's.
