Assist clients with daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair, feeding, nourishment and incontinence care.
Obtain vital signs, height and weight, intake and output measurement etc.
Position clients and adjust clients in bed or chair when appropriate.
Assist with household services such as laundry, vacuum, make bed, sweep, mop and dust.
Assist with self-administration of medication ordered by physician.
Respond to client requests and correct environmental hazard in a safe and appropriatemanner.
Observe, document and report client care including unusual and significant changes in physical, mental or behavioral conditions to appropriate healthcare professional.
Observe Agency policies and procedures regarding attendance, timeliness, house rules, team work, customer service and other policies and procedures that may be introduced from time to time
