I was EXTREMELY unhappy and unsatisfied with the job that was done.

Kandi responded quickly and was available on short notice to my surprise. Her assistant asked questions and followed directions.
But she never replaced a glass she broke and left glass in the carpets. There were wet dishes left in the dishwasher.
Kandi asked if I wanted children's toys "organized" for $50 extra to which I declined. When asked she was defensive and said it was $50 to pick them up anyway.
When reviewing the final invoice she had overcharged me and was frustrated and hesitant when asked to fix it.
On the new invoice she typed that she would deduct $10 for the broken glass but did not apply the discount anywhere.
I instructed Kandi to do a MAXIMUM of 3 loads of laundry and she still did 8 anyways.
After the final walkthrough I noticed these things and texted Kandi at 05:34PM to which she responded back at 09:00PM. She also called and left me a voicemail, BADGERING me and INSULTING me for being unsatisfied.

She says SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, but when I was unsatisfied, instead of remaining professional she became angry and would NOT stop insulting or harassing me!

In all I would NOT recommend using this company. I paid $525 total and had to RE wash dishes, RE vacuum, RE organize the toys, and take out a full trash can!

Horrible experience with Candy, extremely unprofessional. They finished up the cleaning and said they would send us an invoice for the cleaning. I didn't think anything of this as i paid the deposit invoice through email. No walkthrough was offered at that time. I received a call from Candy at 5:52 and i told them i could drive over in a bit and check out the work. She stated its fine as long as she gets paid that night.

I was heading over to review the work at 8:30 when Candy called again yelling and screaming at me that i haven't paid. I told her i was almost there and then i can send the payment shortly since i was on the road. She threatened to call the cops and said she was heading over to the house to get her payment even after she told me i had all night to make the payment.

I get back to review the invoice and she charged me twice for cabinets and closets. They charged me for 4.5 hours when they were there 4 hours and extra $25 to wipe down the outside of the oven. Yes $25 to wipe down the the outside of the oven, not the inside. No wonder she wanted her payment right away, she was trying to rip me off!
