Beam Camp was established in 2004 to provide the children of Brooklyn, New York exciting experiences in creative problem-solving through working with their hands and cooperating with other kids. It offers a summer program that focuses on skill-building, collaborative challenge and other innovative activities that greatly enhance the children's development. Each summer, the children are challenged to participate in a large-scale project that will test their learned skills and ability to collaborate with their fellow campers.
