I was very unhappy with the cleaning job that was done. I agreed to their spring cleaning special plus carpet. On first glance, I was satisfied with the quality of their work. After they left, I discovered many areas that were not even touched plus the carpet was soaked and not clean. I called Erik and after a couple of phone calls, he finally responded and agreed to come back. However, I had to cancel that appointment. I have tried to reach him several times since then but he has not returned my calls. I would not recommend this service. This was a total waste of money.

Eric helped me with my move-out clean in Aug 2012. I had a last minute time change, so instead of the 2-3 people I was told would come, Eric switched his schedule around and came by himself. He cleaned my one bedroom apartment complete with living/dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom by himself within 2 hours. And did a great job. He was personable, friendly, honest, and had an amazing rate. He charged half of what almost every other company quoted me! The only issue was that at the end of our move out, a lot of garbage accumulated by the front, which he said he would take care of for us, but he did not. We were moving out of the country the next day and my husband had to scramble around to do it at the last minute, which we were unhappy about. But overall Eric did a very good job.
