I had been a long time (15+ years) customer of Bark and Purr on Main St. in Allen. Not any more. I took my two Airedales in on Aug. 3. When I picked them up, my younger dog was not putting any weight on this front leg. They had no real explanation of what happened. One person told my husband that my dog didn't want to come out of the kennel. Another said maybe he jumped from the table. Took him immediately to the vet for xrays, and again a week later when there had been no improvement. They reimbursed me for the first visit, but nothing yet for the second and never a phone call from the owner. I took this video goo.gl/neGYV3 2 weeks and 2 days after it happened and loaded it to Facebook and Nextdoor, and you wouldn't believe how many people commented that their pets have also been injured, either major cuts or injuries similar to my dog. Do not let your pet go to this groomer.
