Barbie J Daycare, has been in operation since 2012. Ages range from 6 weeks- kindergarten.Our core belief is taken from a combination of Ericsson's nature vs. nurture and Reggio's teaching style of how to use symbolic languages (ie: painting, sculpting, drama) in everyday life. The program is based on the principles of respect, responsibility, and community through exploration and discovery, in a supportive and enriching environment. Our staff also believes that consistency, nurturing, balanced nutrition, and positive interaction create a happy environment for children to blossom. Our daycare is a state licensed FCC home daycare through Jobs & Family Services, Summit County, Ohio. We are star rated with STEP UP TO QUALITY through the state of OHIO. Our daycare follows the guidelines of Early Learning Developmental Standards (ELDS) set for by the NAEYC. We are able to take title 20 and private pay.
