My in-home childcare is located in beautiful Walnut Creek in a safe family neighborhood close to Heather Farms Park. I started my home-based childcare in order to stay at home with my 1-year-old daughter. I have over 20 years of experience working with infants and children. I received a Business Degree with a minor in Child Development from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. My sincere hope is that your child will feel 100% comfortable with me, as I provide a warm, loving, beautiful and clean home environment where your child can learn and grow! Daily discovery and education for children is extremely important to me. I provide a plethora of educational toys including puzzles, books, numbers, letters, colors and shapes, which will all be taught to your little one at their age appropriate level. I believe strongly in outdoor play, and make frequent trips to our local park and outdoor recreation area. In addition, I find the local library story time programs wonderful for children and take advantage of these programs often.
I am seeking a family of one child to care for, as a ratio of one provider (me) to two children (your child and my daughter) is imperative to me in order to offer individualized attention.
