Banana House Day Care is located in South Pasadena. We are right in front of the Farmers Market and Behind the South Pasadena Public library.
Banana House was recently founded by two teachers named Anna and Sam. Anna began working at the Eco Station to fulfill her passion of being around animals. She has spent all of her adult life working with animals at the Eco Station. Anna worked at Star Preschool for the past 5 years as a lead teacher and assistant director. Her passion is and always have been to help children learn through animals and their environment.
Sam recently graduated with a Degree of Science in Child Development and Family Counsling and Services. She has worked countless summers in children camps, she has worked as an ABA therapist with Children with special needs. She is currently going to school to become a Labor and Delivery Nurse. She also loves to help children learn in natural settings. She is a huge fan of letting children be the leaders of their own learning. Sam has done feeding and sleeping training with children who had trouble doing so.
This is a little about us.
We are a home day care willing to provide a home setting for children.
