Learn to Play, Play to Learn.

Learning is fun and we like to have FUN here at Bamboo School! We take every opportunity to Create a Place where our Play is a Lesson to Learn and the Lessons we Learn is a Chance to Play! We do this by designing a Structured Classroom Environment where the Routine is Dependable, but the Fun is Spontaneous!

We follow our daily schedule each day, but the games and activities are always changing, so we are never bored and always learning something new! Every day includes Singing, Dancing, Playing and of course, LEARNING! We utilize the Mother Goose Time curriculum, which is based on the Reggio Emilia teaching philosophy. This is a child lead program that is focused on what preschoolers are naturally interested in at this especially influential time of their lives.

Learning in a group allows us to improve our Gross Motor Skills and practice important Social Skills. Receiving valuable one on one time with the teacher helps us develop our Fine Motor Skills and essential Cognitive Skills. We love using all 5 Senses to explore our environment by using Hands on Learning activities that help us remember all the things we are taught at Bamboo School!
