Upon the initial contact with Lisa, from Baltimore Home Organizers, was a very pleasant experience. I called her and she was very friendly and thorough at asking me about my organizing needs. She was open to my schedule and was prompt and professional when she arrived. I liked how she knew the questions to ask and didn't waste time getting right to the project. The outcome was amazing!
