Welcome to Bailey & Lexi Cares For Us! My name is Brook Flucker. I am a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 10 years of experience. I have developed my skills as a nurse by working in Acute Care, Pediatric Home Care, and Hospice Care to name a few. After developing those skills I completed assignments as a travel nurse. The last few years, I have been working with a local community college as a Program Coordinator Assistant/Instructor for a Nurse Aide Education Program.
Recently, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Being that I am big on patient care, especially pediatric care, I decided to stay home with my baby. As a parent, finding care you can trust and depend on especially during Covid can be stressful. At Bailey and Lexi Cares For Us, we try to take some anxiety off of you. This family- owned and home-based child care company is both compassionate and loving. We strive to keep our kids safe and growing in a thriving environment.
Bailey and Lexi Cares For Us is named after my daughter and cousin. My cousin was born a preemie (close to 2 months early) and my wonderful Aunt let me participate in her care at home. I take pride in being able to say I got to contribute to her care and she is advancing well in all areas!
We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN care. We accept ages newborn to 5 years and medically fragile children (GT, NGT, Ostomies, etc). We have a nurse on-site.
