Do NOT send your diabetic pet here!!! The literally most killed my dog by not following basic instructions to feed him before giving insulin. Blood sugar was at 140 only because I gave him karo syrup otherwise the vet said it was at about 50 and his body temperature dropped 6 degrees. The vet said any longer he would have been dead. Owner refused to talk to me on the phone or return any phone calls. Shady and incompetent place. DO NOT SEND YOUR PET HERE!!

Lisa and her staff took awesome care of my dog when I needed boarding. The facility offers great rates on boarding, daycare, and grooming. The service was excellent and the facility was clean and safe. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there for my vacation. He enjoyed playing and interacting with other dogs. The staff there treated my dog like family. I honestly loved the experience and her prices are the best around the area. DON'T HESITATE TO CALL FOR ALL YOUR PET NEEDS. THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was boarding my dog for a few days during a family vacation and had a terrible experience Which continues everyday in my home. When I walked into awesome Pawz I was apprehensive about leaving my dog there but heard good things so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The place looked very dirty. When I picked him up after my 3 day vacation he had kennel cough. My dad called to let them know that my dog has it so that means another animal had it and they needed to take the appropriate measures to make sure another animal didn't get it. They did apologize but the damage had already been done along with my $100 vet bill on top of the $200 I spent to board him for 3 nights. Upon returning him home he became TERRIFIED of my boyfriend (never had any problems with males/females/other animals before) and also of my boyfriend bringing him outside and walking him through the door. My dog loves to be loved and used to get excited when someone opens the door and returns home from work. NOW he cowers down and pees when someone returns home. He's scared of us for a solid 5 minutes when we come home from work. I do not recommend this place at all and will never be returning there no matter the circumstances. He probably could have taken better care of himself at home alone. This review comes a month late after my experience here because I didn't realize this behavior started AFTER him being boarded there. It's a disgrace and they're lucky that I don't do further investigation and bring my dog down there and find out what employee he's really scared of. Terrible. Awful. Careless. Disgusting. DONT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE.
