Aloha Alaska!
My name is Angie. I am a full-time mom, part-time Army Reservist, and proud owner of Averil's Daycare run by me through my apartment in Honolulu. I prefer small-group daycare to avoid stress & put the "care" back in daycare. I have a 2 yeajust moved from Hawaii this week & left everything behind to start anew in the Last Frontier, so my home is bare bones, but whatever I lack in furniture & toys, I make up for in creativity & fun. Upon hire, I will purchase activities for your little one & take them on weekly fieldtrips!
I plan on having just my 2.5 year old son & your child & maybe one other, so there will be specialized care for your little one.

I provide a diff experience in that I try to utilize the "Multiple Intelligences Theory" by stimulating a different part of their brain every day to make learning both fun & challenging! Whether it be reading, writing, drawing, lots of arts/crafts, singing, dancing, 5 senses stimulation, mathematics, gross or fine motor skills, indoor play, outdoor play, sports. gardening, science projects, kids help with cooking or baking, etc. I believe that just because it is childcare at the home and less inexpensive, doesn't mean that your child doesn't deserve the same education and fun as a center. I'm here for you.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm.
(Earlier than 6:00am time acceptable with $10 flat fee in addition to your hourly rate, but I can't work past 4:00pm as I am currently employed nights serving at Olive Garden).

RATES:
Full-time only:
a) Standard: Flat rate of $650/month for full-time (Food included, just bring formula & diaper/wipes).
b) Special diets: Add on an extra $10/day (Organic, gluten/dairy/sugar-free, etc.) or just use the standard rate & bring your own food.
c) Travel fee: Daycare will be at my home, however, if you would like deluxe travel service to pick-up & drop-off at your home (only 1 child that has a carseat, 2 ok if 1 is in a booster or free-seated) for a extra $10/day on top of any standard &/or special diet flat rates, provided this is within reasonable hours of operation.
d) I understand start-up costs or bill constraints, so the first 2 weeks it is ok to pay daily. After 1 month you will be pre-paying 2 weeks in advance.
