Nurse Lovely and the staff at Avalanche Care in Spring Valley are wonderful. They were there for my dad during his battle with Parkinson's Disease. My dad's key caretaker, Deena went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable during his last year battling this disease - she was like family to us. Let me start off by saying that Avalanche care spring valley office has been taking care of my mom in Warwick, New York for two years...In that time, they have been so reliable and have sent the most compassionate, patient and wonderful aides for my mom... miss lovely, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with... she is always available, concerned and has even driven aides herself to my moms house... I thank god for Avalanche!

Careful with this agency. One of the comments on here is from a worker for the owner. They have their struggles. Customer service wise. Problems paying their employees, and more. Marquise is a better option.

I needed help, first with my mother post surgery and then my aunt. Avalanche home care was the first and only Agency to help me. From October 2014 to now , I still have the same Aide, she is very caring, and for that I will always be grateful .
