Austin's Pampered Paws is a licensed in your home pet care provider, owned and operated by Martha Jackson, who has over 16 years professional pet care experience. We provide exceptional professional care where your pet(s) receive individual attention in a stress free home environment. There is no better secure and safe place for your pet(s) than their home. We believe in-home care greatly reduces stress and anxiety for your pet(s) and they receive personalized attention and maintain their diet, exercise and play routine.

We provide a complimentary in-home "meet and greet" that allow us to get acquainted with you, your pet(s) and the home environment. At this meeting, we will go over details of your pet(s) routine, special needs - medical or otherwise. In addition, we will complete a pet and house information sheet with veterinarian and emergency contact information.

I have 4 dogs and am very selective when it comes to having someone watch over my pets and estate while I am away on business. I found Austin's Pampered Paws from a friend who highly recommended Martha. Well, I can't speak highly enough for her professional care and attention to details. She is a blessing to have as my in-home pet care provider. On several occasions, Martha has stayed on the property during my extended travel and coordinates my various staff (landscaper, maid, deliveries, etc.)
I will never use a kennel service again. My 4 dogs are safe in their home, with a very caring individual.
