Aloha!
There is nothing that I love more than spending time with children. I have raised my son, grandchildren and many more in my home over the past 10-plus years.
I'm CPR & AED and First Aid certified. The previous families I have worked with would say I'm loving, enthusiastic, flexible, able to work in a fluctuating environment, loyal and trustworthy. I'm an active person, so I love being outside, arts & crafts, and swimming.
My home is safe (security system and guards on site in a secured apartment) clean, air conditioned, I have no pets and have never smoked. I provide snacks, but diapers, wipes, milk and meals are required to be provided by parents. I love taking the children for walks around the secured grounds every day, we do music, water play and educational time (flashcards, books, etc.) and I have a lot of experience with potty training.
Schedules are important and I make sure each child gets a full day of fun, affection, learning time, meals and of course sleep!
I believe everything in its own way can be educational. I thrive on creating a safe, fun and nurturing environment for the children I take care of.
