Aunt Rae's Compassionate Childcare

My name is Raeanne, and I offer quality and affordable child care out of my home in Phoenix, AZ. I am located off of 75 Ave and Thomas road and have been offering child care since March of 2013. I have my fingerprint clearance card, a food handler's card, and I am CPR/First Aid certified. I am also a registered home child care provider through AZ Child Care Resource and Referral. I have experience working with children with learning and developmental delays/disabilities at local public and charter schools, respite and habilitation in home care, as well as in licensed child care facilities. I decided to stay home and provide child care because I had a baby in November of 2012, and I could think of no better way to provide for my family while having the ability to care for my little boy, as well as fulfill my love of educating and caring for children!

A.R.C.C, I provide a preschool curriculum with weekly letters, numbers, shapes, colors and calendar themes. I offer daily crafts and activities based on curriculum and teach some sign language as well. I provide breakfast, lunch, and one snack per day as well as circle time, story time, outside play and plenty of learning through play! All of my meals follow the national federal nutritional guidelines. I believe that children thrive in a structured environment so we follow a flexible daily schedule and offer daily afternoon rest time as well. I have an open door policy and invite my families to come in at pick up and drop off to play and learn with their child and see all of the fun things we have done for the day.
