- Aum haven Alf has beds available and we are accepting new residents admission at this time to our community.

We here at Aum Haven Alf Located in Kissimmee (34746) have a very spacious Designed and adequately furnished for our assisted living facility residents . Hoping everything is going well.
Aum Haven Alf is a small 10 beds capacity Facility providing one-on-one care in a very Home like setting with Family like care provided from a Caring Licensed administrator and well trained staff.
The pricing for Sharing bed are as follows:
$3250.00 Base Price Per person Plus Level of Care as per 1823 assessment ( Room No: 3) sharing room ( Female Bed Available)
$3650.00 Base Price Per person Plus Level of Care as per 1823 assessment ( Room No:6) Sharing room with full sharing bathroom beside the Room (Male or Female Bed Available)
$4550.00 Base Price Plus Level of Care as per 1823 assessment ( Room No: 1) PRIVATE SUITE including Full Bathroom, Refrigerator,TV,CABLE and phone line provided for phone. ( Room No:1) (Male or Female Bed Available)
Note: Aum Haven ALF is accepting long term care insurances including straight medicaid.
Aum Haven Alf is charging non refundable $500 for Semi-Private or $1000 for Private suite community fees for one time at admission time.
