I am a stay at home mother (6 month old baby girl) who will be offering educational day care in my home beginning August/September 2014. I have worked in healthcare off and on for about ten years, am in good standing with the state and elder/family care registry, and I am first aid/CPR certified. I am looking to take on up to six children, any age from birth to preschool (3 years), although I would consider taking on a well behaved sibling up to kindergarden age to avoid a family having to separate their kids. Cost is 100 dollars per week first child, 75 per week for each additional child for up to 9 hours of care M-F between the hours of 6AM to 6PM. Longer hours of care (10 to 12 hours a day between 6AM and 6PM) is available for an extra charge of 10 dollars per day. To prevent late or missed payments which is often a problem in home day care, payments will be due on the FIRST day of the week, and children will not be accepted for care if payment is not made. We are a non-smoking household,. We do own pets but they will NOT be in contact with the children and will be kept out of the living area during hours of care.
