ATM Community Homes is a board and care home located in Charlotte, NC that offers a boutique environment for seniors

At a board and care home, residents can expect to receive a higher staff-to-resident ratio, compared to that of a larger senior living community, while also enjoying transportation arrangement and assistance with their activities of daily living (ADLs), some of which include grooming, maintaining personal hygiene (including oral care), and bathing. When living at ATM Community Homes, residents can participate in small, organized group activities unique to the residents lives.

Our Caregivers are 24/7 and work on 12 hour shifts. Our caregivers are dual licensed in NC; both CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistants) as well as Med Techs. Our staff are heavily experienced but also go through initial and on-going training by our RN's prior to employment in our buildings. They also must continue their on-going CEU trainings (annually) as well as specific training conducted by our own nurses contingent upon the specific needs of the residents in the home.
