Nicki took care of our four senior cats for a week while we went on vacation and I wholeheartedly recommend her. She communicated with us every single day with updates and even sent pictures of our babies. Our cats are all human toilet trained but do tend to have accidents from time to time, usually when they're upset about something. Nicki handled all of that without complaint. I would not hesitate for a moment to leave our pets in her care again for any length of time. She is the consummate professional and her love of animals is apparent from the moment you meet her. My animals do not warm up to new people easily, but they sure did with Nicki. If you want to know that your pet is loved and cared for as well as you would do it yourself, while you enjoy a worry-free vacation - Nicki is the caregiver you want!!!
