Hi, I'm Jiana! Thank you for taking the time to review my profile!
In short, I am a wife of a Police Officer and Mom who enjoys spending all of my days caring for little ones. I work as a Full time Provider by day from home.
I love being surrounded by children because of their imagination, innocence, and creativity. For me a child's experience in the early years should be an enriching one. I have 5 plus years of experience and believe strongly in Home Childcare as oppose to a Public Daycare center and feel it is best for children to receive individualized attention and to be nurtured in a clean, cozy, comfortable private home setting vs. being in a sense institutionalized in a Daycare environment.
I strive to prepare respectful, responsible, caring, and knowledgeable infants, toddlers and preschoolers in a safe as well as loving home. I provide healthy meals some of which are organic and generously portioned. Days are structured, television time limited and my time is split equally among the children so that they each feel they are getting special individualized attention.
Working with little ones and from my own experience as a parent, I have come to understand that children come into the world with a blank slate. Their experiences, environment, parents/guardians, as well as surroundings are what shape them into who they become. I feel our responsibility as parents and caretakers is to provide children with the best possible tools and choices so they are able to grow to their maximum potential. I believe that children should be given the ability to become independent individuals by setting limits with positive discipline, praise, and encouragement!

My hours are from 7:00am-4:00pm; However I do offer care to fit your needs should you need care outside of those hours! I am Pediatric and Adult CPR certified and have all of my clearances as well as able to provide you with professional references. I run as a Business and am paperless as all billing/reports are conveniently done via an app for your convenience. Child tax credit available!

Please keep in mind I have contracted hours with each family so drop off pick up times do vary.
