We are a full service home care agency providing highquality home health aides, hospital to home transitional care and full care coordination with our clients' physicians and other care providers. We include everything from companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping and errands, light housekeeping and laundry, to personal care and help with bathing and dressing. Our certified, bonded, and insured caregivers are highly trained home care specialists, who are the most caring compassionate people that enjoy helping others. We service Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean counties from a few hours a day or around the clock we always customize our care to meet your schedule. OUR CAREGIVERS: Assisting Hands caregivers go through the industry's most stringent hiring process before we place them in our client s homes. We personally meet and interview each candidate to ensure they meet our high standards of compassion, skills, personality, work ethic and reliability. We perform comprehensive background checks, driving record checks, exhaustive reference checks and drug screenings.
