By sharing expenses with a housemate you avoid the high cost and cramped space of an Assisted Living facility.

Your $3,600 monthly fee covers rent, all meals, utilities and 8 hours per day of caregiver services. Without our cost-sharing arrangement it would cost you twice as much.

Here you get a private suite of 4 large stylish rooms, 590 square feet, several times the space provided at Assisted Living facilities. Shabby group homes typically charge $4,000 for a small private bedroom.

You get a beautiful upscale, no-crime neighborhood.

A personal assistant is present for eight hours every day for any services wanted: Grooming, dressing, bathing, feeding, commode, laundry, etc.

Private bathroom and roll-in shower. Your suite includes a bedroom, a media/visitor room, a computer room, a huge walk-in closet and use of the kitchen and washer-dryer, large refrigerator.

Brand new carpet. The bedroom is furnished if you prefer. Remote-controlled front door - perfect if you use a walker or wheelchair.

WiFi and all utilities are included. Outside there is an activity area and free gas grill for family gatherings. You are located 5 minutes from St Johns Town Center (sidewalk all the way) and medical facilities.

There is overnight security and an anti-fire sprinkler system.

MUCH BETTER THAN AN OVERPRICED ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY
At the typical overpriced Assisted Living facility the BASE price is $3,200 per month for a cramped, depressing 1-room. Then, you're hit with added costs for bed-to-wheelchair transfers, for commode assistance, for dressing, for bathing, for dining, etc.

Soon, the facility charges $4,000+ per month, and the helpers rush into and out of the room as quickly as possible. And, helpers rarely arrive on schedule.

At an institution you never get help with comfort adjustments, TV, computers, not even conversation. You certainly don't have a helper in your room for 8 hours per day, which you get with our better shared-living home.

We're so certain that you will be pleased that there's no Security Deposit until the second month. That protects you in case you are not 100% satisfied.

This deal is far less costly than living alone, which requires hiring in-home caregivers ($20/hour, $4,800/month) plus rent, utilities and meals - another $1,500 monthly. That's more than $6,300 per month paid by the one person if living alone.
