My mom & I both received extremely good care, assurance and communication from all the team players at Assistance Home Care. They have certified and experienced care givers and I feel at ease leaving my mom alone at night with them. My mom is not easy to communicate with because she has aphasia where her words come out undefinable. The care givers were extremely pleasant & even took her outside and to a pond. I have already recommended them to 4 different families and carry a stack of their business cards in my purse.

Assistance Home Care could not have provided a more professional, care and dedicated Caregiver then Ashley. We brought my grandmother home on hospice care and Ashley knew exactly how to work with someone who was rapidly declining, had pain issues and was not used to someone helping her. Assistance Home Care's Management was in contact with my mother, and wanted to make sure their services were exceeding her expectations.

DO NOT use this company if you want good help for your loved one. Your mind should be put at ease with someone taking care of your family member or friend. It WILL NOT happen with Assistance Home Care! Their care "pros" repeatedly fell asleep while taking care of our dad, were consistently late (sometimes didn't even show up for scheduled shifts) and even placed him back in his bed with urine soaked sheets. I even watched a video of one worker not aiding, but walking 10 feet in front of our dad (who uses a walker) as his catheter bag was dragged across the carpet 2 feet behind him. These are just a few instances in our nightmare of an experience with Assistance Home Care.

co-founder and his response to us was nothing short of insulting. I would never recommend this company! Please look elsewhere.
