We have dedicated caregiver to elderly residents of assisted living and memory care communities.Our Personal Care Assistants (PCA) have worked as caregivers for different facilities such as Thomas Allen, where they assist residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease with daily living needs. Our PCAs work under the guidance of an RN to help implement and support resident-care plans, which include providing services to aid in memory care, physical care and psycho-emotional care optimizing residents' quality of life.
