In your busy life, we understand that things come up suddenly. So, if it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, we merely require a 24 hour in advanced

-Full payment is due at the time of your service.
-We accept payment in form of cash or money transfer app.

-Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction.
-Please understand, we always strive to do our best. But sometimes it may need a couple of cleanings for everything to look it's best.
-We are unable to offer a refund, but we will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.
SCHEDULING
We strive to have the same staff members clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness or departure from the business.
To ensure quality service for all valued clients, we cannot specify exact arrival times. Please allow us arrival windows to handle all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you.
BREAKAGE/LOSS
-Please keep in mind that accidents do sometimes happen. We make every attempt to treat your home with the utmost of care and caution. Please note, if you have items that are of extreme value, either sentimental or monetary, we would prefer not to clean these items. Also, we cannot be responsible for items that were previously broken prior to our cleaning, or are not fastened in a proper way.
-Items located above normal reaching ability where it would be required to use a ladder will not be cleaned.
-Items of extreme value should be cleaned by the owner.

We use our own cleaning supplies, including a vacuum cleaner to clean your home.
