Thank you for considering my home for your child. My name is Ashley and I am very proud to be a child care provider. I have been doing childcare in my home since January 2008. I am licensed by the State Of Nebraska. I am licensed to care for up to 10 children at any one time. In order to become licensed, I have met health and safety standards established by the state of Nebraska. My home has been inspected and I have done all I can to provide a safe environment for your child. The licensing standards require monthly fire and storm/tornado drills to be practiced with the children to further ensure their safety. I am also CPR and First Aid Certified.
I graduated from High School. Then I moved up to Omaha, NE and found the love of my life Wes. We started our own family and our 1st little bundle of joy arrived in November 2007. I love spending my time scrapbooking, working out, taking walks, cooking, decorating, and most of all spending time with my family.
Well, I have worked with children all my life. My mother ran her own In-Home Daycare for 14 years, which has taught me so much and more. She is now a preschool/special Ed teacher. My experience includes fitness center nursery, nanny, camp counselor, teacher's aide, youth volleyball coach, and vocational bible school teacher.
I strive to provide a nurturing and secure environment for young children. Children can safely explore, learn, play, and develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually. I believe in encouraging healthy habits and although productive routines are a must, I also value the opportunity of giving each child the warmth and comfort of loving them individually. Love, understanding, patience, guidance and training must be provided by the parents and if childcare is needed, it should be provided by one consistent childcare provider if at all possible. A commitment of this type of care will mold a precious child for a lifetime.
I believe that child care is a partnership that holds the child's best interest as top priority and I am excited to work with you to ensure that your child is safe, secure and happy. I am delighted to welcome you and your family into ours!
