I am a senior at Western Michigan University studying Interdisciplinary Health and Human Services. I'm on a pre-physician assistant track and plan to be in graduate school in December 2016. I am currently employed at Hope Network as a Therapeutic Recreational Aid for people who are mentally and physically disabled and have been with the company for over a year. Before working for Hope, I worked for Center for Disability Services for over a year. I'm looking to work with families who need extra care in their homes for children or adults with special needs and other health issues. This will provide me with not only more hands on experience, but 'patient-contact' hours needed for graduate school.
