About
Ascension Preschool offers a hands-on, play-based, Christian early childhood program for ages 2-VPK. Our program includes before and after-school care (7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.). We have large, clean classrooms and low student-to-teacher ratios (our ratios are better than DCF requirements). We use the following curricula: Creative Curriculum, Handwriting Without Tears, Growing Up Wild (outdoor curriculum), and One in Christ. We are currently renovating our outdoor space and creating an outdoor classroom with lots of room for running and playing as well as areas for experiential learning opportunities as children interact with nature, classmates and teachers.
