My cleans consist of anything you don't want to clean!
Windows, wet wiping blinds, dishes, laundry are extra but very reasonable price.
Baseboards are done every visit.
Floors always done on hands and knees.
Spring time I also offer exterior window washing.
I pride myself in my attention to detail. Over the past 7 years I've learned many ways at removing water stains or calcium build up off shower doors and glass. And experienced many pesky mold problems. Any areas that I can not remove I will disclose after our first appointment.
After I arrive I will start by gathering all trash. Then high/ low dust entire home. Wiping off all knick knacks picture frames etc. Feather dusting all low surface and under furniture.
Once all rooms are completely free of dust bunnies, I start the kitchen: All surfaces cleaned and sanitized. Any appliances wiped off. Windows blinds, in/out fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave.
Floors swept, vacuumed then done on hands and knees.
Then I will start in master bedroom bathroom. I fold hanging towels. I will remove any build up of soap scum, mold etc. Toilets, I remove any rings and build up. I literally clean with a brush to ensure it is clean.
Sinks cleaned, sanitized and shined. Mirrors streak free, floors done on hands and knees. Once all bedrooms and bathrooms are complete, I do anything else that's left living rooms, dining rooms, offices get done while dusting.
Then I will vacuum your home and start my walk throughs to ensure quality. My first walk through done by myself, and second with my clients first visit to ensure they are satisfied.
