Booked two back-to-back appointments to have my dogs bathed. Received both email and text confirmations and reminders of the appointments in days leading up to appointments. Arrived a few minutes early to discover the doors locked and no one in shop. Waited 30 minutes, called and texted number on door. Left voicemail because no one answered phone. No response to text. Left after waiting 30 minutes. Saw Google reviews from people who had same experience as I: confirmed appointments but groomer didn't show up. Groomer blamed online scheduler system, but that's on her! She inputs her schedule and availability into the online system. If it's not working for her, then eliminate online booking and answer your phone to book appointments. Unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive!

I love around the fur! My Tia is AWESOME at grooming the dogs and it is so fun to go there and help! I love this place!!! :3
