Aroga is a "boutique" home care agency. We keep our client base small to ensure high quality care and attention. To foster the best possible outcomes in the home setting we focus on caregiver experience and keeping the caregivers that come into the home consistent and as few as possible. This gives caregivers, clients and family members the opportunity to build trust and foster a healthy bond. Our caregivers average 8+ years of senior care experience and we have a very low turnover rate... meaning, once caregivers are matched with a client, they stay for duration that care is needed. We manage all the "ins and outs" of the home care experience... screening, scheduling, payroll, match making, and care planning, to ensure there is no laps in care and the experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
