I am a licensed provider, offering Before and After School Care, for ages 5 thru 12. I have 12 yrs. experience teaching in Christian preschools as a lead and asst. teacher for ages 2 thru Kindergarten. I also taught at the Banner School summer camp; VBS; and am currently a Sunday School teacher. In 2004, I started my home daycare, caring for & teaching 2 - 4 yr. olds. Two years ago, I changed my program to only before & after school care. I have attended numerous workshops, conferences & classes on child development and early childhood education and many First Aid & CPR courses. In addition 2002, I earned a CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential.
I live in the Kingsbrook subdivision at the end of a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of room for outdoor play. After school, the children have a healthy snack, complete their homework and then are free to play indoors or outdoors.
