Ardried's Movement Group Inc. is a registered non profit organization aimed to help children that struggle with obesity, heart conditions and self worth through Dance and Fitness. The vision behind Ardried's Movement began with the untimely death of my cousin, Penny Gray. Penny suffered a massive heart attack at the age of 9 years old through her struggle with a heart condition and obesity. This event influenced me at a very young age to work with children through my love of dance. So, instead of allowing this tragedy overcome myself and my family, I started Ardried's Movement Group Inc., and now give back to the community by working with children ages 3 and up through Dance and Fitness!
