MY QUALIFICATIONS AND COMMITMENT:
Welcome to our home. I am looking forward to working with you and your family,
providing a safe, educational, and healthy environment with lots of loving care. I am
CPR, First Aid, and Family Child Care certified. I have a very exciting program planned
for children 1 years of age and up. I would like for us to have an open relationship, and I will encourage your suggestions and involvement. Please feel free to call or stop by anytime during business hours. If you have any questions after reading this contract, please ask and we will go over the terms in question. Any changes must be put in writing with both our consent and signatures. We should accommodate individual needs for you and the children regarding special provisions for care to the greatest extent possible through scheduled conferences with parents.
