I wanted to let people know what to expect from me.
1) I work very hard to keep my place clean at all times.
2) I treat your pet like my own. If they need me to sit with them so they eat I will. If they need meds. they get them. If they need to go to a vet they go (have not had to but would).
3) Head scratches, extra walks, play time, tummy rubs, and special time are always free.
4) rest assured that your pet is fully insured when they walk in the door for grooming and boarding. I spend a lot of money to make sure that if something were to happen there is no cost to you. No animal has ever been hurt in any way here.
5) I am not the biggest in town and I didn't want to be. I think it takes away from the one on one and then they become $$$$ not Gracie. I love what I do and have dedicated my life to it. I work 7 days a week 365 days a year. Please don't get mad when I am closed on Sun. your pets are taken care of, but I need a little breather. After all I need to restock supplies for your pet.
