Apple Of Your Eye Pet Care is a licensed, bonded, and insured business that provides care for your pets in your own home. We provide pet sitting for cats, dogs, rabbits, and other pets. We also have a few midday dog walk or park visit slots available.

The owner, Jenifer Hicks, is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid by PetTech. She currently shares her home with a 7 year old Shepherd/Collie mix dog, a 13 year old Maine Coon mix cat, a 1.5 year old Tuxedo cat, and a husband. Jenifer grew up in a household that had always included animals. As a child she lived with dogs, cats, goats, fish, a guinea pig, bees, praying mantises, and even a fox. After earning a degree in Political Science from American University, she spent 18 years working in law firms in DC before deciding to make a professional change.

Our primary service area is Fairlington and Shirlington in Arlington and the near-by neighborhoods in the North Ridge area of Alexandria (Parkfairfax, Beverley Hills, Braddock Heights, Jefferson Park).
