Apple Blossom Home is a New 6 Bed Residential Care Facility for Elderly located in Riverside County in Beautiful Woodcrest, CA. The property sits on a sprawling 3.5 acres of equestrian property, surrounded by fruit trees. The Large 1 story ranch style home boast very large Private and Semi-Private rooms, large closets and walk in showers. Decorated beautifully with comfort in mind for our senior clients. We strive to bring about all the comforts of home, so our residents may live as independently as possible in our home like setting.
Apple Blossom Home is locally owned and operated by a Registered Nurse and Firefighter Paramedic. Together we bring safety and security along with loving and compassionate caregivers to provides 24 hour care and services to our senior residents. We require all Caregivers to be CPR certified, Live Scan Screened, background checked and trained by our In House RN. We have a live in Licensed Vocational Nurse and an on call Registered Nurse. We feature upgraded technology that allows our residents to receive immediate assistance when in need of a caregiver with one press of a button.
Apple Blossom Home basic services include but are not limited to:
Lodging:
Large Private and semi-private rooms
Private telephones and satellite TV hookups available
Writing Nook in Private Rooms
Meal Services:
Three nutritious home-cooked meals daily
Special diets when prescribed by physicians
Two snacks daily
Glass of juice/milk or beverage upon request
Housekeeping & laundry:
Fresh linen weekly, or more often as needed
Weekly cleaning of resident rooms
Personal laundry
Outside dry cleaning service available
Health services:
Medication Assistance and monitoring on all centrally stored medications
Assistance in obtaining doctors/dental appointment
Bedside care for minor temporary illness
Home health services, if required by doctor
Programs & activities
Daily range of motion exercises
Birthday and holiday celebrations
Community events and planned group excursions
Assistance with activities of daily living:
Observation, care and supervision as required
Monitoring and appropriate reporting resident needs and condition
Transportation arrangements for medical/dental appointments
