About the business
Do you have a child who enjoys math and science, but either needs a little extra boost or wants to move ahead at a faster pace?
Well, you have come to the right place! I am a college math professor and Duke University graduate who runs an after-school math and science training academy in Morrisville that is designed exclusively for high performing students. We train high achieving math and science students in the evening after school and on the weekends.
These students range from elementary grade through high school. We cover all subjects from basic math concepts up through advanced calculus, statistics, and computer programming at a much deeper level than is offered in school. We also offer a comprehensive reading and writing program for advanced learners.
This supplemental training gives our students a superior background in analytical mathematics and critical reading / writing skills, raises standardized test scores, earns college course credits via AP exams, opens up many career doors, and better qualifies them for admission to the most elite universities in the country.
My background and experience as a college math professor ensures that my students quickly achieve performance levels that are several years ahead of their academic peers. This frequently qualifies them for single subject grade acceleration in their local school system. I work with my clients to help them get their public or private school to recognize their children's talents and move them ahead to higher grade levels.
Program admission is competitive, but we offer a free screening evaluation to prospective students at the academy's training center near the corner of Davis Drive and McCrimmon Parkway in Morrisville. My son developed a good understanding of math basics ever since he joined Aops. The staff they hire are highly qualified. They assign homeworks and have quarterly assessments to keep the students in path.
