Another Mother - Professional Quality Care

I offer nanny quality care at a more affordable rate. My goal is to make my house feel like a second home to every child I care for; a home filled with love, attention, and educational stimulation. To accomplish this, I will maintain a limit of three children in my care at a time. We will play with a variety of toys to develop fine and gross motor skills. We will sing songs and listen to music to encourage language skills. We will read lots of books to learn about colors, numbers, letters, rhyming, and rhythm. We will color, paint, and create with our hands to learn about different textures and develop artistic and cognitive abilities. We will play outside every day (weather permitting) to learn about bugs, dirt, weather, plants, and environmental sciences. We will grow vegetables and flowers to learn about basic horticulture and build excitement to eat healthy, nutritious foods. We will explore each child's individual interests to foster a love of learning. But most importantly, I will provide an environment filled with love, security, and independence.

I graduated from The Alexandria Nanny School in 2008 with a diploma as a Professional Nanny and a certification as a Newborn Specialist, and I am first aid and CPR certified. Over the past ten years, I have worked professionally as a nanny, caring for children aged newborn through sixteen years old. I have an accidental specialty working with twins after providing care to four sets from four different families.

I live on the border of Worthington and Clintonville on a quiet street with a nice yard. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, there are three cute parks within walking distance, and I have a driveway for convenient pickups and drop offs. I have three affectionate cats who love people and are very gentle with children. My house is five minutes from 71 and less than ten minutes from 315.

Rates are $70 per day for full time or $80 per day for part time (up to three days per week).
