I have been a customer of Ann's for over a decade. We have taken advantage of daycare, in-home care, and boarding. The care my dogs get from Ann's is fabulous. She answers my texts in a timely manner and have NEVER had a negative experience. Sending my dogs to Ann's gives me peace of mind when I leave town.

i once scheduled dog sitting with her and when I went to the house with my 2 dogs she wasn't there and didnt answer the phone. We waited for a while and then had to scramble to find somewhere to leave our dogs when we only had a few hours till the flight. She NEVER called and apologized, we never heard from her. I would never trust her. This was a few years ago and I'm surprised she is still in business.
