My dog stayed 5 days. Had apparently shredded his bed within 2 hours of his stay, then slept on a towel on concrete floor during 5 day stay. After 2 days I called to see how he was doing and told all was fine and "he s so good". Never knew about his sleeping situation until the morning after I picked him up and found remnants of bed in big trash bag. Owner then advised me the next morning when I called of what happened and I said I could have brought another bed if told about this. Never even offered an apology. My dog has been at kennels previously with same bed and never an issue. Concerned about length of stay sleeping on towel on cold concrete with no staff mentioning this before, during or after stay....
